· Ability to work independently under strict deadlines, with an attention to detail and output orientation· Strong work ethic, ability to take initiative and balance multiple tasks· Superior business writing skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills· Excellent spreadsheet and financial analysis skills· Analytical and strong quantitative skills· Ability to balance multiple tasks· Service orientation and professional attitude at all times· Demonstrated interest in capital markets – comfortable with finance theory· Able to sell ideas· High attention to detail· High levels of accuracy· Strong preference for finance and business qualifications – must be comfortable working with financial statements· Designations such as CFA or CA/CPA would be an asset· Proficient working knowledge of Bloomberg
