BIO: LCBES specializes in providing academic as well as non-academic support to (post-) secondary international students in Ontario focusing on GTA at large and the London And Area in particular. The Owner cum Operator is a certified ESL Instructor（持牌ESL教师）, Member of the International Association of Translation and Cultural Studies（国际翻译及跨文化研究协会会员), former Supervisor of a TOELF and BEC Test Centre cum Oral Examiner（前雅思/托福考点主考官/口试考官）, as well as the Teaching Instructor for CNTA-TELP（中国国家旅游局英语考试教官), the Contracted Team Leader of translators and Interpreters for the project of the Hainan Tourism Masterplan（海南省旅游总体规划, a contracted project between Hainan Provincial Gov. and the WTO (海南省政府与世界旅游组织签约项). On the strengths of his lived experiences of learning and teaching at colleges and universities both in China and Canada respectively, he is passionate about using his expertise as well as experiences to help learners to adjust to the Canadian academic and cultural environments, and develop a global perspective and Intercultural (Communication) Competence (IC跨文化交际能力).
