有在范莎读early childhood education的童鞋么

请问两年的early childhood education, 一年的early childhood education (accelerated), 以及early childhood education(fast track).
这三者的区别在哪里，尤其是后两者。是读书时间长短不一样，还是拿的证书不一样呢？找工的时候有区别么？

请教各位专业前辈啦

两年的是大专学历，算是一种degree。后两者就是插班进去学一些重要的课程，只是证书。
