Steps:
1.Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
- such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber
2.Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day
3.Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
4.Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...
