Assist your team with administrative duties that improve your department’s efficiency. ·      Collaboration – Work closely with your team to provide an excellent client experience. Ensure that your team’s collective work meets quality standards, timelines and service level agreements. ·      Problem Solving - Listen, ask questions, and deeply understand the needs of your clients and team.
