Job Description
Area Supervisor (London, ON)
6 i  ~7 y" V8 R! \& c4 _The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
: G( d6 F* A% C# w7 D# @' Gincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
0 h2 n3 v- t8 b4 n* gachieved.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
! v$ z9 f7 F7 I/ G/ A2 D3 j5 E8 Bincluding people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
0 K# C& \1 ]; s9 ?! ?0 ?• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party
& I: t! n% d2 L0 {; Pauditors.
• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for
1 a% q0 i5 G. @2 jeach location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
  I6 S; N. Y. i& C, o. a& V• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
operational matters.
& v1 r5 q# B3 d( r: \• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
, Q3 N8 Q9 J" e• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
( L6 U% x, U0 F• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
1 ^$ t" E$ d: u0 D• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate
2 Y5 n; V! A4 A$ ]8 E: koperational needs.
' p1 N3 {) K. o5 ~) c" b: z5 S& v• Valid driver's license.
• Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
