Job Description
; ]/ _; R" k* A4 p& kThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

" Y& q9 p5 Z8 s) J7 |- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. ' _+ d$ k2 L% P( @: ]
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. , }" [) P& {' Y9 N* [# k) O1 c
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. I5 S9 |; h3 T J
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk ; B- g, X- _' V. y4 ?% Y
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
$ G- Z% z& z5 i6 S' x- Maintain daily production records.
7 q; s6 I9 i2 H; s3 t/ T' Z! Z- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
