0 D7 o4 K+ r( I0 N2 R I y+ YThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: ) n# s! H, Q L
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. . Y+ u, o2 x, ]3 K- U+ h1 `
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
M0 n; e& @7 x7 l( \) H" K- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. / I5 _7 r" Y' U" |: r+ L$ X6 _. L
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
