1. Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

4. Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...+ c( \, D% r5 M& _5 @8 I$ x3 S
5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training1 g# _9 D, n7 A+ o

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
