   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      # [7 s7 u) @  ^& p
   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day
) C; V* g$ j4 D- R5 p& x# d   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
