Only the following individuals may attend the clinics listed below:
·         Individuals under the age of 65 who have underlying medical conditions;
·         Children between six (6) months and less than five (5) years of age;
·         Household members of children under the age of six (6) months;
·         Household members of individuals with compromised immune systems;
" u1 u: T% u4 y- U2 z1 B9 A·         Pregnant women with underlying medical conditions or healthy women over 20 weeks of pregnancy;
·         Health care workers.
Please do not attend any of these clinics if you are currently ill with fever or respiratory symptoms.
