- Ensures accounts payables/receivables and general accounting duties of department are performed with accuracy and on a timely basis;
4 L. D/ O: n* r/ n  F- Matching, coding, and processing approved suppliers invoices;
( z5 @$ j9 h$ _2 S$ E1 M/ d+ c. T- Correspond with vendors as needed to resolve payment discrepancies;
0 c( ]1 A* N' }3 _) g! @! k- Issuance of invoices for services rendered and collection & recording of receipts.
5 O  r7 H. g1 q" o: A- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts payable/receivable status
- Other duties as assigned
