The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
2 Z: |6 n& M: ~; Q9 i! cincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and
2 c- U$ @, A9 ocoaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
5 [3 L* S; e4 V! o2 M9 ?+ {$ aachieved.8 h$ m2 q% Y$ h' C
Responsibilities. O; o$ R6 I: B9 w$ A% x+ A* w
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations $ L: w; U& J0 o6 c! {7 {* d
including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality+ O: e9 g; c. Z% I* d1 ?, h4 x" s& M
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.) f3 c/ ]8 o3 t4 [9 p- b6 }
• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory / E) z, ~* O# n4 a5 p
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
4 r6 Q' {% O) P. ]ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly./ g% r6 i& F; N% h5 B
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party 2 {9 E! s/ l7 d  S0 K) E  D
auditors.
. m4 a" n3 n8 m8 e2 y: x+ Q$ g5 T• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.- ], G. r3 J. Y* D! _' U
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for # p/ c; \$ V' b- o  Q* e3 N
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
& m2 L6 k, H0 X3 `& r• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for 4 N% C# v% y/ ]
operational matters.
; h- U3 g4 w/ ^3 ?9 o( N• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.
- X- t$ n$ h; y& ?9 C8 |: @• Additional duties as assigned.$ m) o% l8 y6 t$ N2 j$ [
Qualifications
5 f0 ?) a! S7 P, A+ I8 k/ D9 w2 u• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.6 E% n" V/ G+ V4 ]% `1 U
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
) n' @- l: ?3 o' O8 Z• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate 9 F* N: [. _& H2 s& m
operational needs.& T1 y# ^, K: C0 Z; B  \
• Valid driver's license.
