$ h+ X2 q' k1 XArea Supervisor (London, ON)
The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
2 Z: |6 n& M: ~; Q9 i! cincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and
2 c- U$ @, A9 ocoaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
5 [3 L* S; e4 V! o2 M9 ?+ {$ aachieved.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
4 r6 Q' {% O) P. ]ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party
auditors.
. m4 a" n3 n8 m8 e2 y: x+ Q$ g5 T• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
& m2 L6 k, H0 X3 `& r• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
operational matters.
; h- U3 g4 w/ ^3 ?9 o( N• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.
- X- t$ n$ h; y& ?9 C8 |: @• Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5 f0 ?) a! S7 P, A+ I8 k/ D9 w2 u• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
) n' @- l: ?3 o' O8 Z• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate
operational needs.
• Valid driver's license.
7 [7 N' t/ W& i. q/ M. w! q/ ]• Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
