2 n& c+ r& x% `6 ^7 qThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:
2 b5 x3 x& Z0 K& v, {0 b( M: h% @- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
; i- @( ]% L5 j& R9 }$ J- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
, O; b6 `$ Y$ c" I9 |* R0 m8 ^- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
# ~9 q9 T6 B1 \/ M8 V: E. t- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.


Qualifications:
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
