: H9 \8 q3 G! B6 FThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- s" V- T# ^( F, o- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. 4 h4 ~- _# Z: W0 M
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. 7 N% h% @+ w2 u
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. - n* h- d' E. b4 i9 g& k9 _
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk $ i& F, C) |# y0 ?9 E
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required. # ?+ g/ ]( |* J# |
