Only the following individuals may attend the clinics listed below:
·         Individuals under the age of 65 who have underlying medical conditions;
5 m4 p0 b7 w4 f·         Children between six (6) months and less than five (5) years of age;
+ r# x+ ?3 m8 \( q( x- ^/ I8 Q·         Household members of children under the age of six (6) months;
·         Household members of individuals with compromised immune systems;
7 t4 f( h( b6 T·         Pregnant women with underlying medical conditions or healthy women over 20 weeks of pregnancy;
7 @1 I, o6 Y8 X6 W8 x+ q! U( e3 b·         Health care workers.
Please do not attend any of these clinics if you are currently ill with fever or respiratory symptoms.
