- Proactively seek opportunities to engage in customer focused home financing conversations, with a goal of bringing new customers to BMO / V5 r$ O2 R& P: x2 W
- Establish and enhance BMO’s presence in the community j9 `8 T( x# d
- Identify leading-edge tactics to generate leads and build a pipeline of mortgage business
) t# R7 M- m x. s) ~. N3 W2 \- Proactively contact realtors/referral sources identified through the creation of national partnerships and/or create local partnerships 0 ] n# a2 W( T7 d
- Receive dedicated coaching, leadership support and a lending coach
