Area Supervisor (London, ON)
0 H; X0 g) B2 \  o$ oThe Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
" U$ T+ j( \, hincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and ' [. _3 D+ u, R- \0 `2 Y9 T( s, y
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
% P0 g; P! h" t( M- aachieved.' M1 h5 s1 l, ?" N
Responsibilities2 {1 @3 {- c3 z* Q3 j# Q+ i) N
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
2 f, x0 }: Z/ y. `including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality) f* s2 q; g% c: I" u1 h6 h) [
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.0 e" }+ H0 a9 ^$ H+ D
• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
$ A: j) Q* U$ u/ Qrequirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and 2 n. h' \4 q9 w
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
4 ]7 N/ y8 I; y0 t• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party 1 N0 k5 `- I9 k! P) @7 N" V
auditors.9 y3 r- ?/ ?: h; u! q7 ?
• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
+ S; u+ j' y2 L9 r- ^• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for
- K0 X4 F+ w/ z% ieach location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.( q6 e, o3 g1 ?- j7 `, ^' q
• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
$ S5 H( J& Q" ]- Foperational matters.
8 C+ [4 s% n9 @3 U• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.
* S# B; ?$ k* R$ f& k% Q• Additional duties as assigned.
% v& U4 ]0 F8 DQualifications8 F* [; }# Y& t% V" e4 c4 R6 }
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
# e7 ?7 q7 D( F. _" u/ m# J9 P• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
7 I& k" H# C0 [/ B• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate ( h, u6 X- {& |$ f' a1 D
operational needs.
