The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. 1 Y- ]& N: o& t$ u O( n z9 H

Job Responsibilities:
0 {- P* u+ A- f- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- I4 O/ d; T" a7 Q8 _8 P( G& y6 A- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
+ j' N ^5 `- f' C+ u- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. , `( ?0 T# I( f; d# c
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
) A- A$ B E; x9 m: k- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. 6 ]1 |$ y3 ^; L, Q5 V( P

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
