Job Description
9 `2 z0 }$ R: }) C# ?4 E- r7 AThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

2 R9 B# w( j$ P# s6 `Job Responsibilities:
2 \. @: g: a& r  f# _! X# B0 N- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
5 T) x" T! B# ~+ ^9 E- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
: x8 k$ Y! L+ E$ J, k- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
5 p- z* {* B+ v5 |; l+ N( R- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
+ |$ r2 j6 V6 T8 @( k" B- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Effective English communication skills
; j8 R0 j0 V3 x! [* ~, ]3 m: B- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
