) i; y9 h$ {' z% U: S0 p• Operate within the framework of enterprise architecture and technology standards.7 ?- K2 @ H; ^, p
• Work with project teams to build and install infrastructure/application servers.
5 c& `% E. N8 [2 U+ _. u- K6 g2 Y• Ensure systems are engineered to meet business service level expectations, as well as corporate I.S. standards- v/ j$ U1 O7 o* G: a# k( q$ r
• Installation of servers$ T9 K9 O% b5 G4 C) G) s$ V+ F7 s7 P
• Day to day server administration, operation and maintenance (direction provided by Team Lead, Server Support)# A2 ?& B: Z* `8 \; o6 [& Z
• Provide ‘level 2’ service desk support for the server environment including evening and weekend pager support on a rotational basis.

• Conduct problem management for technical problems and issues* ~; _ r9 C' M% H& _$ d: j
) j; E0 ~: S; d# dQualifications and Competencies:6 W, a0 X3 |: j! h R2 T' P3 Q ]

• Minimum 5 years experience within IT environment0 W, w& o# F5 W/ R+ J1 P% e
• Broad familiarity of Unix, Windows based server operating systems, Active Directory, networking, database, system management, etc.
6 e0 M- k, g h9 \5 ^7 {• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery products$ S! L/ _) ?3 R( A" |9 l1 @+ C
• Experience with desktop environments 2 @) H1 W, R0 |' |* {2 C5 @1 C
• Familiarity with system management tools4 G. k; l8 P. ^
• Familiarity of security management principles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
